How It Works

TapNxt combines an NFC-enabled physical product with your digital business profile. When someone taps the product using a compatible smartphone, your profile opens instantly—without requiring them to install an app.

01. Choose Your NFC Product

Select the product that fits your purpose, including an NFC business card, Google Review card, digital menu card, resume card or smart NFC standee.

02. Share Your Information

Provide the details you want customers to access, such as your name, phone number, WhatsApp, website, social media profiles, business location, catalogue or review link.

03. We Prepare Your Product

TapNxt prepares your digital profile, configures the NFC connection and produces your selected card or standee according to the approved design.

04. Tap, Connect and Grow

When someone taps the product with a compatible smartphone, your digital destination opens immediately. A QR code can provide an alternative access method when required.

What Happens After the Tap?

Your TapNxt product can direct customers to a digital profile or a specific business action.

Depending on your selected product and package, visitors may be able to:

  • Save your contact details
  • Call or message you on WhatsApp
  • Visit your website
  • Open your business location
  • View your social media profiles
  • Explore your portfolio or catalogue
  • Access your digital menu
  • Leave a Google review
  • Submit an enquiry

The recipient does not need to download the TapNxt app to open the shared information.

One Product, Multiple Business Uses

NFC Business Card

Share your professional identity, contact details, business information and social links with one tap.

Google Review Card

Take customers directly to your Google review page and reduce the steps required to leave feedback.

Digital Menu Card

Allow restaurant or café customers to open your digital menu using an NFC tap or QR scan.

NFC Resume Card

Share your professional profile, skills, portfolio, achievements and contact information.

Smart NFC Standee

Place a tap point at your reception, billing counter, event desk or storefront for reviews, menus, payments or business information.

No App Required

The person receiving your information normally only needs:

  1. A compatible NFC-enabled smartphone.
  2. NFC enabled on the device when required.
  3. An active internet connection.

They tap the card or standee near the NFC-reading area of their phone and open the notification that appears.

If NFC is unavailable, the QR code can be used as a backup access method.

Designed for Easy Sharing

Traditional business cards can be lost, become outdated and provide limited information. TapNxt creates a direct connection between your physical business presence and your digital information.

You can share more than a phone number—including websites, social links, maps, catalogues, portfolios and review pages—from one convenient product.

Need to Update Your Information?

The ability to update your digital information depends on the product and package selected. Available update access, support duration and additional charges will be confirmed before purchase.

This wording is necessary. Do not advertise “unlimited lifetime updates” unless you can actually provide and support them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the recipient need to install an app?

No. The shared link opens through the phone’s browser, so recipients do not need to install an app.

Does TapNxt work with every smartphone?

TapNxt works with compatible NFC-enabled smartphones. Device settings and NFC-reading positions can vary. A QR code can be provided as an alternative.

Where should the card be tapped?

The NFC-reading area differs by device. It is commonly located near the upper or central back portion of the smartphone.

Can one NFC product share multiple links?

A digital profile can display multiple actions and links. A direct-action product may instead open one specific destination, such as a Google review page.

Can I change my details later?

Update availability depends on your selected package. Confirm the update terms before completing your purchase.

Does the NFC card require charging?

Passive NFC products generally do not require a battery or charging to share their programmed link.
